Tried this on recommendation from a colleague who told me it gave him relief for knee pain. I have almost no cartilage in one of my knees, resulting in pain when I run. This pain has gotten worse over the last few years. After only 3 days of taking this product, my knees felt dramatically better. Two plus weeks later, they still feel much, much better. And I have been running more frequently.

My girlfriend has tried it to help with her hips, which tend to wake her up at night due to pain. Does not seem to have helped so far (been less than a week).

Based on the Anti-Ageing articles I've been reading NMN seems to be a great supplement that shows a lot of promise. I've been using the NMN MAX brand for almost a month now and have noticed some changes in my mood, alertness and focus. I'm not sure about the energy that other folks have said they felt, but I plan on increasing my daily intake and report back if and when I do feel the energy that others have express. Overall, I'm please with the brand and benefits that I've notice so far. I will definitely continue using NMN.

I take only one tab every third day. However, I have noticed some significant beneficial physical, biological, and biochemical benefits from the same. Included in the same is a better immune system, better general circulation, and an increase in mental acuity. The benefits from the same gradually appear over a period of time. I highly recommend this product but advise that you adjust the dose for your particular needs.

I have been taking NMN for a little over 30 days and have noticed a big improvement in my sleep and my digestive system functions.
